The role involves designing and implementing IAM solutions, supporting various security protocols, and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enhance IAM solutions aligned with security and business needs

Support SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and application onboarding using automation

Integrate IAM with systems like Active Directory, Azure Entra, Workday, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and OneIdentity

Produce IAM reporting, support audits, and partner with Security & IT teams

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a mature IAM program

Required

4–7 years of hands-on IAM engineering experience

Exposure to Java/J2EE, IAM automation, and governance (JML, role mining)

Bachelor's degree
