Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to site leadership and project teams
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Manage and organize project documentation, including RFI's, submittals, and change orders
Assist with onboarding and access control for new team members and subcontractors
Maintain office supplies, equipment and general workspace organization
Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Serve as liaison between internal departments and external vendors
Qualification
Required
Must be bilingual in Korean and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or technical environments
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Project Management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Possession of safety training, (e.g., OSHA 10/30)
