This role involves collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to develop high-quality CAD models and documentation for new and existing products.

Responsibilities
Create, modify, and maintain 3D CAD models and 2D drawings
Perform basic design calculations to validate concepts prior to FEA
Participate in design reviews and clearly demonstrate how design requirements are met
Create and manage BOMs, process ECOs, and release data using Teamcenter
Create and release detailed manufacturing drawings
Develop and mature CAD models for rotomolded components (fuel & DEF tanks) to support FEA
Work on hoods, accent panels, and Class-A surface-based designs using surfacing tools
Design electrical harness retention brackets
Support issue resolution and clean-up from mule/build feedback
Create documentation and CAD concepts related to plumbing, routing, and mechanical structures for liquid systems
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience in CAD modeling and detailing
Experience supporting designs through manufacturing and assembly
Ability to perform basic engineering calculations
Experience with Teamcenter, BOMs, and ECO release processes
Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM)
Effective communication skills for design reviews and cross-functional collaboration
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Preferred
Rotomolded plastic components
Surfacing from Class-A styling data
Agricultural or off-highway equipment experience
Exposure to FEA collaboration workflows
