Responsibilities
Resolve help desk tickets related to:
Wired and wireless network connectivity
Network account onboarding and offboarding using custom scripts
Infrastructure-related incidents
On-call every 3 weeks for critical site network outages
On-call every 3 weeks (alternating) for escalated critical site issues
Support network rollouts, upgrades, and cleanup initiatives
Assist with planning and execution of infrastructure improvements
Maintain network documentation and asset inventory
Perform Microsoft administrative tasks including:
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) management
Group Policy and user provisioning
Microsoft 365 administration
Assist with server administration activities:
Basic Windows Server maintenance
Monitoring, performance tuning, and patching
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft administration
5+ years of experience supporting Windows Server environments
10+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in wired and wireless networking
5+ years of customer service experience
