SaaS Account Executive

Lumen Resources is seeking a SaaS Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and generate pipeline through a repeatable outbound motion. The role involves selling SaaS solutions into regulated buyer environments and collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
Build and execute a repeatable outbound motion to generate pipeline
Sell SaaS solutions into risk-conscious, regulated buyer environments
Navigate longer and more complex buying cycles, including committee-based decisions
Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and hit (or exceed) quota consistently
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and internal stakeholders

B2B SaaS salesRisk management softwareCompliance/vendor managementPublic sector salesPerformance metrics

Required

4+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience
Demonstrated success as a top-performing individual contributor
Experience selling into one or more of the following: Risk / claims management software / COI/ Compliance/vendor management / Public sector / local government buyers
Clear, specific performance metrics (quota, attainment, rankings)
Comfortable operating in environments where results matter quickly
