The AI Business Analyst converts business goals into AI ready requirements, clarifies use cases and success metrics, and specifies data/quality, policy, and process changes needed for GenAI and analytics solutions
The role supports discovery, service blueprints, acceptance criteria, and evaluation plans that enable safe adoption and measurable value
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years in business analysis or product analysis with data/AI exposure
Strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and written communication skills
Working knowledge of analytics/ML concepts and human in the loop workflows
Preferred
experience with prompt/evaluation design
basic SQL or data profiling
