Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

Lead by example in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to quality processes
Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system that supports all phases of the company’s business processes and ensures customer requirements are met
Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and serve as the Quality Management System (QMS) Management Representative
Define quality requirements with customers and suppliers and ensure compliance through regular audits, performance monitoring, and corrective action processes
Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to ensure quality system compliance and the successful launch and integration of new products into operations
Provide technical quality expertise and support to sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams
Develop and support processes to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data using appropriate quantitative and statistical methods to drive process improvement and informed decision-making
Lead and actively participate in key initiatives focused on improving product quality, reducing defects, enhancing customer satisfaction, and strengthening internal processes
Lead quality problem-solving efforts using data-driven methodologies, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action techniques
Establish and manage plant-level quality KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met and sustained
Demonstrate company core values in all interactions and leadership activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in quality sciences, Engineering or comparative work in a technical field
Previous experience within a Quality leadership capacity in a manufacturing or environment
Strong preference for quality-related experience in a manufacturing/foundry environment
ISO9001 Quality Management System leadership experience
