Proficiency and experience in Land Acquisition strategies and processes
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations
