Responsibilities
Advanced Technical Support: Resolve complex IT incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and mentor junior team members
System & Network Administration: Independently manage desktop systems, user accounts, updates, and patches
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce security policies and escalate issues as needed
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, generate benchmarks, and troubleshoot bottlenecks
Vendor & Asset Management: Coordinate with third-party providers and maintain hardware/software inventories
Project Collaboration: Support IT projects, contribute to lessons learned, and apply insights to future initiatives
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research new technologies, experiment in sandbox environments, and propose enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in IT support or system administration
High School Diploma with on-the-job training or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, desktop OS, and infrastructure management
Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
