Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Complete employee verifications
Provide customer support to internal & external customers via phone and walk-ins
Provide administrative department support of basic office duties (copying, scanning, faxing)
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Maintain department personnel files
Maintain and responds to department email, distribute mail
Assist with new hire orientation preparation
Provide updates during staff meetings on a rotating schedule
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or G.E.D
Two years of administrative support or related office experience
Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
Preferred
Call Center experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service
