Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support to facility leadership and staff
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain confidential employee records
Lead recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and benefit enrollment
Coach managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and conflict resolution
Plan and coordinate employee events, meetings, and recognition programs
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies
Manage workers' compensation claims and act as liaison between employees, providers, and insurers
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to improve employee engagement and retention
Supervise HR team members including the Receptionist/AP Clerk and HR Assistant
Support succession planning and staffing strategies
Create and maintain HR reports and documentation for leadership and corporate teams

Required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
A post-secondary degree in business or human resources
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--verbal and written
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Flexibility to work off-shifts and attend employee meetings and events
Experience in payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance

Preferred

Ability to travel for meetings and training
