Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business and Data team to develop meaningful models to help transform the business
Train, tune and validate machine learning models (ML, DL, NLP and forecasting)
Strong understanding of MLOps, Gen AI App Development, Prompt engineering, RAG
Design, build, Orchestrate and maintain scale systems and data pipelines that enables the business to collect, store, and process large volumes of data from diverse sources
Data Ingestion & Integration
Data Transformation using tools like Spark, SQL, Hive, Elastic
Build orchestrated workflow with good understanding of observability and telemetry
Create data tests, alerts, dashboards and anomaly detection
Design and build data warehouse and data mart with ACID guarantees
Good background on CI pipelines with documentations, tests, ETL models, schema validations, data checks and build time series data
Good understanding of infrastructure, software engineering principles and systems troubleshooting
Strong understanding of Data Processing frameworks
Solid understanding of Security, Governance and Compliance
Strong Programming background in one of the languages (Python, GoLang, Java, SQL) with strong background in databases (MS Sql, Oracle, Progress) with atleast 8 years of experiance
Experience in insurance domain is a plus
