The Asset Manager will oversee supply chain management duties, ensuring the accurate handling and tracking of IT assets and equipment, while also managing logistics and inventory responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Reviews, identifies, and transfers equipment and accounts for items by posting the record to the hand receipt
Utilizes the government chosen asset management system to maintain full property accountability
Transports/moves computer equipment or other assets between sites, divisions, etc. as needed
Performs inventory management functions for 100% accountability of property (including the counting of physical inventory)
Conducts monthly inventory CCI items and 10% of non CCI items, while completing 100% inventory semi-annually
Verifies with the customer that Assets and RMA issues have been resolved and update in the ticketing system
Resolves Assets and RMA issues on the customer's behalf
Moves materials and assets from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas with full asset accountability
Sorts and places materials or assets on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code
Drives and operates box truck to transport and pick-up assets in several locations
Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting office
Track and account for all IT Automation, and Network equipment

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
Must be eligible and maintain Top-Secret Security / SCI clearance
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Prior experience with US government/military Inventory Systems
Prior experience working with a pallet jack
Ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate issues, concerns, plans and progress updates
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
Possess clear communication skills – oral and written
