Senior Growth Executive — Themed Entertainment / Location-Based Entertainment
Nice Shoes is a family-owned, independent company seeking a Senior Growth Executive to lead growth initiatives within the themed entertainment and location-based entertainment market. This role focuses on building long-term relationships and positioning Nice Shoes as a creative and production partner.
Responsibilities
Own and lead relationship development in the themed entertainment and LBE markets that drive revenue growth
Build and sustain long-term industry relationships, including during periods without immediate or defined project opportunities
Leverage existing industry relationships to access senior decision-makers
Build and own a revenue pipeline aligned with Nice Shoes’ goals for the market
Navigate the nuance between relationship-building and transitioning into business conversations at the right time
Help shape how Nice Shoes’ capabilities are understood and perceived within the entertainment ecosystem
Position Nice Shoes as a long-term creative and production partner
Engage early in project development cycles and RFP processes
Collaborate closely with Nice Shoes leadership and production teams
Qualification
Required
10–20+ years in themed entertainment, location-based entertainment, immersive experiences, attractions, or experiential environments
Deep, trusted relationships with owners/executives, operators, creative leaders, and project executives
Demonstrated history of relationships that lead to repeat collaboration, not just one-off deals
Proven experience influencing or selling media, content, or storytelling for physical spaces
Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
