Mid, Senior LevelACL Digital is seeking an Electronic Controls Project Manager who can provide hands-on Project Management and technical leadership for Controller and Digital product solutions. The role involves defining project scope, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between various project aspects.

Responsibilities
Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and key dependencies
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle
Drive alignment between controls projects, digital/mobile applications, and customer installation/service experience
Maintain and publish project plans, metrics dashboards, and issue trackers
Run stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and risk/issue mitigation
Participate in design reviews ensuring hardware/software feature readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in the development of embedded microprocessor-based controls and Digital Products (entire lifecycle)
Experience with FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA), electronics failure analysis, and reliability concepts
Experience with System Requirements Documentation, Requirements Allocation, Requirements Traceability, and Test Case development and execution
Preferred
HVAC / Water Heating / Gas Appliance product experience (highly preferred)
Electronics design and manufacturing exposure
Firmware/software project experience
PMP certification / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
