Responsibilities

Assisting with the collection, cleaning, management, and visualization of clinical and research data
Ensuring data quality and generating reports to meet program information, assessment, and grant accountability needs
Working closely with the data team to perform routine data tasks, support quality assurance activities, and contribute to the overall data infrastructure of the department

Required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly a strong command of Excel
Ability to perform routine, structured tasks reliably and independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or familiarity with data capture systems (e.g., REDCap) is highly desired
Familiarity with a statistical programming language (such as R or Python) or data visualization tools (such as Tableau) is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
An interest in public health, emergency medicine, or health services research
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
