Responsibilities
Design and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions aligned with enterprise security objectives
Define and document SecOps architecture, best practices, and implementation standards
Integrate SecOps and IRM with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise platforms
Provide architectural guidance on data models, table structures, relationships, and ACLs
Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls
Act as a technical authority for SecOps design, scalability, and platform governance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SecOps and IRM modules
Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and CSDM concepts
Experience designing secure ServiceNow solutions with ACLs and data governance
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems
Preferred
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS – SecOps, IRM)
Experience working in regulated environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
