Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a range of weighing equipment
Frequent field service visits to client locations
Providing exceptional customer support to ensure equipment operates reliably and efficiently
Collaboration with team members to identify solutions and improve processes
Qualification
Required
Skills in Maintenance & Repair of weighing or similar equipment
Ability to perform Troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks on complex machinery
Field Service experience, including traveling to customer sites and performing hands-on work
Strong Customer Service abilities, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution
Ability to work in a collaborative and task-oriented environment
Valid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements
Preferred
Technical or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or a relevant trade
