Responsibilities
Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone
Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as needed
Must have exposure to Windows 10 and 11 migrations, user profiles management, data backups
Install, configure, and maintain Devices at stores and other sites
Understanding of windows
Perform onsite Device maintenance, updates, or configuration changes
Perform single and bulk IMACDs (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
Provide technical support and setup during special events such as grocery store openings
Microsoft environment knowledge (desktop & server)
Perform grand opening standby support
Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, and Teams
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory and printers
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
