Responsibilities

Serve as a technical escalation resource for complex integration and platform issues
Act as a customer advocate , ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical cases
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to:
Cloud platforms and integrations
Authentication and identity systems
Email systems and configurations
Web services and APIs
Databases and data connectivity
Analyze system behavior using logs, configuration data, and network diagnostics to identify root causes
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve software defects, design issues, or reliability concerns
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of platform core functionality
Clearly document findings, solutions, and next steps for both customers and internal teams
Work cross-functionally to meet individual and team objectives

Required

Web Services: REST and/or SOAP APIs
Networking Fundamentals: Ping, Telnet, basic network troubleshooting
Scripting / Programming: Experience with at least one scripting or programming language: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
Systems Integration: Hands-on experience supporting bi-directional integrations between systems
Databases: Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
Log Analysis: Experience collecting and reviewing logs (e.g., Splunk or similar tools)

Preferred

Authentication & SSO Technologies: LDAP / Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SAML, SiteMinder
Email Systems & Protocols: Office 365, Exchange
Data Connectivity & Extraction: JDBC / ODBC, Import/export of data between systems
