Vice President of Global Sales

Catchment Capital is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales to develop and execute global sales strategies and lead regional sales teams. The role involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with various teams to enhance customer value, and managing sales budgets to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sales strategies, annual sales plans, and revenue targets to ensure the company's overall performance
Lead and manage regional sales teams (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, etc.) and establish a high-performance sales culture
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to enhance customer lifetime value
Establish and optimize sales processes, sales metrics systems, and forecasting mechanisms to improve sales efficiency and conversion rates
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and profit margins to drive sustainable profitable growth
Recruit, train, and develop global sales management talent to build an international sales organization
Report regularly to the CEO or management team on sales performance, market dynamics, and strategic recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field
20+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years of cross-regional or global sales management experience
Proven track record of leading large sales teams and achieving high growth targets
Familiarity with B2B or complex solution sales models (e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, capital equipment, financial services, etc.)
Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to adapt to international travel and multi-time zone work environments

Preferred

Fluency in both English and Chinese is preferred
