Responsibilities
Lead the development of a forward thinking fundraising strategy that strengthens and diversifies revenue to support ChildCareGroup’s mission
Build and deepen relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations by translating organizational impact into compelling engagement and giving opportunities
Partner with the CEO and Board to advance high level donor engagement, equipping leaders with insights, tools, and opportunities that strengthen philanthropic support
Oversee and align all fundraising activities—including major gifts, grants, annual giving, and events—to ensure strategic coordination, strong stewardship, and clear, consistent messaging
Strengthen development infrastructure by ensuring CRM accuracy, managing the donor pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and building cross functional collaboration that supports fundraising success
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience in fundraising or nonprofit leadership, with a strong track record in major gifts, grants, and comprehensive development programs
Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling cases for support and engage donors, boards, and partners at all levels
A collaborative leadership style that strengthens teamwork, aligns cross functional partners, and supports organization wide strategy and decision-making
Comfort leading both big picture development strategy and hands-on execution, using data, systems, and CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and drive results
Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion while navigating a fast paced, evolving environment
