Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for the organization, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and user satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance, translating Go to Market business priorities into scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead system enhancements from concept to deployment (requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, training)
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce features, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports
Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Oversee data hygiene, data imports, reduplication efforts, and overall governance
Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems and work closely with engineering or third-party partners on technical projects
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates
Provide training, support, and documentation for end users and junior admins

Required

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment
Strong expertise with core Salesforce functionality (Flows, Lightning configuration, automation, dashboards, reporting)
Proven experience managing complex orgs with multiple integrations and cross-functional stakeholders
Solid understanding of data management best practices and Salesforce security models
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience in a remote or distributed team environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or general development concepts (coding not required but a plus)
Experience with integration tools
Background in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth industries
