Responsibilities
Conduct daily outreach and cold calls to prospective candidates to schedule interviews
Screen candidates to assess qualifications, skills, career goals, and overall job fit
Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to source resumes and coordinate interviews
Post and manage job ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and our internal database
Review, evaluate, and format resumes for client presentation
Track candidate activity and maintain organized records in our ATS
Support recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Interest in recruiting, sales, or human resources
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media tools
Preferred
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or coordination is a plus—but not required
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
