The Project Analyst will provide day-to-day support to Project Managers and project teams to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.

Responsibilities
Plan, and organize resources to determine the cost, schedule, and technical objectives of assigned projects
Prepare Project Plans using cost, schedule, and performance objectives, resourcing, verification and validation, and risk management
Support procurement process with BNH Purchasing by managing and monitoring project charge codes
Coordinate with teammate organizations responsible for developing and executing tasks identified in the project plan. These include the but are not limited to user, requester, Engineering, Planners, Schedulers, Craft Supervision, Safety, Quality, Environmental, Security and Fire
Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope
Prepare monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and other briefings as required
Responsible for executing assigned tasks safely, with all quality attributes, on time, and within budget
Ensures compliance with appropriate codes, standards, and regulations
Support common work processes and procedures applicable to assigned tasks
It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Associates degree and a minimum of three (3) years progressive and relevant experience in supporting projects, project controls, or project coordination activities
Must be able to obtain and maintain credentials to access the AEDC local area network
Current U. S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to project controls concepts such as scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, or earned value
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., scheduling software, reporting tools, dashboards)
Experience supporting project reporting or performance metrics
Understanding of basic project management methodologies and lifecycle phases
