Responsibilities
Build modern, user‑friendly UI components for internal business applications
Partner with Business Analysts, Designers, and Developers to design and implement new features
Contribute to UI/UX planning, wireframing, and visual design discussions
Develop responsive interfaces for both desktop and mobile environments
Maintain consistency with internal brand guidelines and custom UI frameworks
Participate in the full development lifecycle within an agile team structure
Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance efforts, and feature modernization
Ensure a high standard of visual quality — addressing a key improvement area for the team
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in UI development
Intermediate JavaScript development skills
Experience with React (primary UI library) and Redux (state management)
Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar design systems
Ability to work within or contribute to custom component libraries
Understanding of UI/UX principles and visual design fundamentals
Preferred
Exposure to Angular, Vue, or React Native
