Accoya® North America is looking for a Senior Clinical Application Analyst to join their team. This role involves providing technical knowledge in the support of software applications and directing junior employees while working primarily remote with occasional corporate meetings.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical knowledge in the support of software applications and various system environments
Responsible for directing junior level employees on task assignment for support and implementation effort
Responsible for writing operational automation scripts and/or programs to minimize manual process
Provides documented support tasks to be able to assist other department members or junior team members
Performs the analysis, design, building, testing, and implementing of computer programs and systems
Demonstrates and applies information systems theory, processes and methodologies
Responsible for understanding and utilizing vendor’s version control methodology
Responsible for system audit log review providing appropriate response
Must understand end user workflow requirements that are supported by technology
Translates user systems needs into alternative technical solutions
Performs project reviews and process walkthroughs incorporating technical and business solutions that will enhance user productivity and department service levels
In process or have completed certification/accreditation for specific vendor and/or governing body related to specific applications/tools for which responsible for reporting
Responsible for extracting specified data from supported system(s)

Required

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
5-7 years of Oracle & Cerner build experience
5-7 years' experience with system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation of applications within an electronic health record
