Responsibilities
Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups or high fidelity prototypes
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements
Translate AI-centered creation into a seamless user experience, enabling ordinary people to easily navigate and collaborate with AI’s non-deterministic outputs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design
Experience with industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Figma, Principle, etc.)
Experience in visual or motion design
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
1 year of experience contributing to design projects
Experience in video editing and production
Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools
Experience with consumer or professional creative suites centered around generative media (especially those focused on video)
Knowledge of video trends both for professional or social media contexts
