Pharmaceutical Technical Writer
Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Technical Writer/Procedure Document Specialist to join their team for a 12-month contract opportunity. This role will focus on developing procedural documentation within a GxP environment, ensuring compliance, operational effectiveness, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and business process owners, to develop, revise, and maintain procedural documentation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes
Create user-friendly training materials and job aids to support process implementation
Develop and maintain GxP-compliant documentation that adheres to global regulatory standards and is inspection-ready
Contribute to compliance and audit/inspection readiness strategies
Continuously evaluate documentation for alignment with industry regulations, audit findings, and corporate policies
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and recommend changes based on feedback and best practices
Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree required
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business process design and change management
Strong background in technical writing, especially in SOP development and GxP documentation
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Training development and delivery experience, with the ability to create practical training content and job aids
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Experience working in a GxP environment is required
Proficient in creating SOPs and process documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
Visio proficiency for process mapping and diagram creation
Preferred
advanced degrees or certifications in process design/change management
Experience with pharmacovigilance (PV)
PMP certification
Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, and Forms
Patient Safety knowledge and experience
