Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and align employees
Partner with the Communications Assistant to coordinate distribution schedules, maintain communications calendars, and execute campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize content across internal channels, including the intranet (SharePoint), newsletters, emails, digital signage, and company-wide announcements
Support the ongoing management, organization, and enhancement of the company intranet, ensuring content is current, accessible, and employee-focused
Serve as a communications partner to teams across the company, providing guidance and support on internal messaging
Collaborate with HR, IT, leadership, and other departments to ensure timely, accurate communication of important updates
Assist in creating presentation materials, posters, and other collateral for internal events and initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a closely related field
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in an internal communications role
Demonstrated experience working within SharePoint; experience managing or revamping an intranet is a strong plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills; a natural storyteller
Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Creative thinker who can approach challenges with fresh ideas
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting or leading intranet enhancements, restructures, or refreshes, particularly within SharePoint
