Responsibilities
Manage and execute all aspects of the ServiceNow modernization technology projects in any one of the following specialties:
Planning, executing, and delivering ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within scope, timeline, and budget
Ensures alignment with business objectives, manages stakeholder expectations, and drives successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions
Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with the policies
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
8 years' experience in the appropriate specialties
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a project manager (PMP is desirable)
Sound understanding of technical issues
Outstanding planning skills (experience in preparation of project plans a must)
Scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)
Ensure that ServiceNow consultants adhere to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
