Staffana is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to support global treasury operations and M&A integration workstreams. The role involves maintaining banking infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing cash and FX operations in a fast-paced finance environment.

Outsourcing/Offshoring

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize global banking infrastructure in partnership with international treasury teams
Identify efficiency opportunities, enhance governance, and support fraud prevention and risk mitigation
Support regulatory compliance including FBAR and KYC requirements
Support SAP MBC Treasury Workstation (Cash Flow Analyzer, payments, new modules)
Ensure adherence to standards for documentation and reporting
Support short-term liquidity forecasting using SAP and bank portals
Maintain daily cash positioning and execute EFTs
Support FX back office activities including wire settlements
Monitor intercompany balances and settlements
Support SOX compliance and internal/external audits

Required

7+ years of experience in a multinational corporate treasury environment
Strong understanding of treasury operations and corporate banking practices
Hands-on experience with Treasury Workstations: SAP (preferred)
Hands-on experience with Risk Management Systems: FXall, CapellaFX, Clearwater
Hands-on experience with Bank Portals: CitiDirect, BOA CashPro, JPM Morgan Money
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
