Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Scoping (40%): Partner with Sales to validate feasibility, surface constraints, and write the "Integration Plan" for complex deals. You stop us from selling unicorns we can't deliver
Post-Sales Execution (40%): Own the first 14 days of technical onboarding. You handle auth, mapping, logging, and workflows to ensure customers see value immediately
Documentation (15%): Build and maintain runbooks (SFDC/HubSpot) and "golden path" checklists to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
Ecosystem Watch (5%): Monitor changes in the CRM/Telephony landscape that might impact our integrations and feed that signal back to Product
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of data models, permissions, connected apps, and activity logging patterns in Salesforce
Objects, auth/scopes, workflows, and integration 'gotchas' in HubSpot
Comfortable with OAuth, APIs/Webhooks, rate limits, and log troubleshooting
Calm, clear, and commercially minded communication skills
