Responsibilities
Lead and support multiple Scrum teams, ensuring strong adherence to Agile and Scrum principles
Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, promoting effective collaboration and clear communication
Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices
Identify, manage, and remove impediments to keep teams focused and productive
Track team performance using Agile metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
Partner closely with stakeholders and business units to ensure alignment and delivery transparency
Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to overall Agile maturity
Proactively identify and manage risks while ensuring compliance, quality, and security standards
Ensure accurate documentation aligned with organizational project management standards
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and leaders to promote consistency and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including 1 year in a senior capacity
Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams and delivering complex IT projects
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) – required
Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum frameworks
Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and initiatives simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or VersionOne
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred
Background working in regulated environments is strongly preferred
SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications – highly desirable
Experience in the nuclear energy sector or similar regulated industries is a plus
