Consulting Solutions Sales Partner

Responsibilities
Establish yourself as a trusted partner within an assigned account portfolio, fostering strong internal and external relationships
Contribute to the development and execution of strategic account & opportunity plans in a team‑selling environment to support client initiatives across Application/Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud Services, AI, and Digital Experience
Lead and facilitate structured sales processes, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear roles across all internal pursuit team members
Conduct executive‑level technical and business conversations, including presentations, solution discussions, and negotiation of complex service engagements
Collaborate with Practice Leaders and Delivery Leaders to architect complex project solutions, proposals, and statements of work
Interpret, structure, and communicate complex pricing models in a clear, client‑aligned manner
Build, manage, and forecast a personal sales pipeline through disciplined opportunity management and strategic prospecting
Coach and mentor account teams in solutions‑based selling, opportunity identification, and pursuit strategies
Grow and maintain a healthy project portfolio, achieving quarter‑over‑quarter (QoQ) and year‑over‑year (YoY) revenue and margin growth targets
Share thought leadership with clients and internal teams, contributing to the evolution of new service offerings and solution capabilities
Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to help clients modernize and achieve desired future‑state outcomes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience selling and supporting client challenges through a solutions/services-based approach
Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise customers to solve complex business and technical challenges through a services- or solutions-based approach
Proven success selling technical services in areas such as Application/Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud Services, AI, or Digital Experience
Experienced in partnering hands‑on throughout proposal, solution design, and SOW development—ensuring technical accuracy, clear articulation of value, strong differentiation, and a solution approach that best meets the client's needs
Strong ability to conduct deep, consultative client conversations using a structured sales methodology to uncover challenges, diagnose needs, and define future-state solutions
Experience delivering services via complex engagement models with a solid understanding of delivery methodologies and project structures
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of opportunities across the full solution-selling lifecycle
Consistent history of outperforming sales targets and contributing to account growth
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure solutions and proposals align with client expectations
Ability to break down large, strategic visions into actionable steps, balancing short- and long-term priorities
Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships, insights, and creativity to generate new business opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional and collaborative relationships at all organizational levels
Commitment to upholding Kforce Core Values in all interactions and decision-making
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Project management or project coordination experience
Background in elevating customer experiences through services-led engagement models, beyond traditional staff augmentation
Working knowledge of AI concepts, either as an end user or through technical solution exposure
Experience within professional services organizations (e.g., systems integrators, consulting firms, managed service providers, or IT staffing firms) strongly preferred
