Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day activities of a Land Acquisition Manager or Vice President
Data collection and entry, data tracking and scrubbing, researching parcels for relevant zoning, utilities, environmental, topography or other factors that could prohibit or impact residential development
The position includes a mix of in office and out of office responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Possess strong problem solving skills
Demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills
Exhibit solid attention to detail
Support the day-to-day activities of a Land Acquisition Manager or Vice President
Job responsibilities include data collection and entry, data tracking and scrubbing, researching parcels for relevant zoning, utilities, environmental, topography or other factors that could prohibit or impact residential development
Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers
Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier)
Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted
Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing
Preferred
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related fields
Must be a self-starter and a driven individual
Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
