Human Resource Information System Manager
Ria Money Transfer, a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc., delivers innovative financial services including global money transfers. The HRIS Manager will oversee the company's HRIS landscape, ensuring effective management and optimization of HR systems to support efficiency and business growth while leading a small team of HRIS Specialists.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and HR requirements to support the effective use of multiple HR systems, including ATS, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll (third-party systems), Corporate Employee Database, and Time & Absence
Support and contribute to the design and improvement of system integrations between HR platforms and internal Finance systems, with the objective of reducing manual work and ensuring data accuracy
Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, working closely with HR stakeholders, vendors, and IT
Ensure HR platforms are configured to meet the operational needs of multiple countries (40+), coordinating enhancements and issue resolution with system vendors
Maintain high standards of data integrity, system reliability, and documentation
Partner with HR stakeholders to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose system or workflow improvements
Provide day-to-day HRIS support to the HR team and ensure timely issue resolution
Manage role-based user access and security, ensuring compliance with data protection and internal policies
Collaborate with IT teams to support system implementations and ensure alignment with information security standards
Oversee the design, delivery, and maintenance of standard and ad hoc HR reports in collaboration with a Data Analyst
Ensure the timely preparation and accuracy of monthly HR KPIs
Support HR stakeholders by translating reporting needs into clear and usable data insights
Manage and support the HRIS Specialists team, providing guidance, prioritization, and development support
Foster collaboration within the team and across HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of systems, database concepts, and systems integration
Ability to translate business and HR requirements into practical system solutions
Experience working with HR systems
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical, customer-oriented, and proactive mindset
High level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience in process improvement, system configuration, and project coordination
Preferred
Exposure to global or multi-country environments is a strong plus
Certifications or specialized training in HR systems or technology are a plus
Project management experience is appreciated
