Responsibilities
Assist with conducting data analysis to identify opportunities in the US market
Assist with market research to analyze customer needs and monitor competitor product
Assist with the development of product by working closely with the sales and product development teams
Participate in IRIS global product development meetings with members from Japan
Compile a variety of data and in a variety of methods, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and effectiveness
Audit data sources regularly and troubleshoot issues that may affect data accuracy in reporting
Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication
Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, international business, data science, or similar field
Knowledge of sales and marketing
Knowledge of product development
Knowledge of profit and loss calculations
Knowledge of digital marketing channels
Knowledge of global ecommerce performance metrics and KPS
Knowledge of data visualization tools
Skill in using computer hardware, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and related hardware
Skill in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Ability to apply proficient mathematical and statistical problem-solving techniques
Ability to interpret data accurately, identifying key trends and patterns that inform international marketing strategies
Ability to evaluate data critically and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance across different regions
Ability to develop well-organized, visually appealing reports and dashboards to convey insights and metrics
Ability to engage with team members across different cultures and regions, adapting communication to align with diverse preferences
Ability to act with urgency
Ability to multi-task under strict deadlines while having multiple priorities at one time
Ability to exhibit positive attitude and openness to learning
