Responsibilities
Support Start of Construction and Domestic Content tax compliance for large-scale energy and construction projects
Ensure the organization secures federal tax incentives, maximizes project financial value, and maintains audit-ready compliance documentation
Combine strong technical data skills with deep knowledge of federal compliance regulations and translate complex regulatory and financial data into actionable insights for leadership
Build dashboards and automated reporting that track compliance metrics, financial impacts (IRR, NPV), and audit readiness
Interpret and apply federal regulations (IRA, Domestic Content, Start of Construction requirements)
Develop and manage audit-ready documentation, certifications, and compliance frameworks
Partner with engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and construction teams
Summarize compliance status and financial implications clearly to executives
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency and risk-reduction enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years in business analysis, compliance, or project management in energy/construction
Expertise in federal domestic content regulations and renewable energy finance
Strong data analysis, reporting, and executive communication skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and complex workflows
Advanced data analysis and visualization expertise, including Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Python, and advanced Excel
Ability to build dashboards and automated reporting that track compliance metrics, financial impacts (IRR, NPV), and audit readiness
Hands-on experience interpreting and applying federal regulations (IRA, Domestic Content, Start of Construction requirements)
Proven capability to develop and manage audit-ready documentation, certifications, and compliance frameworks
Experience partnering with engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and construction teams
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to summarize compliance status and financial implications clearly
A continuous improvement mindset, identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency and risk-reduction enhancements
