WeEvolve, LLC is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in South Florida. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral support while collaborating with caregivers and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations
Create and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect behavioral support
Monitor data and make clinical adjustments as needed
Train and supervise RBTs
Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
Ensure services align with BACB ethical and clinical guidelines

Qualification

BCBA Certification8-Hour BACB Supervision TrainingMaster’s Degree in ABADevelopmental disabilitiesMedicaid credentialingBilingual in SpanishCommunication skillsTime management skillsInterpersonal skills

Required

BCBA Certification (Active, in good standing)
8-Hour BACB Supervision Training
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
Level 2 Background Clearance

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish – a plus!
Medicaid credentialing – a plus!
