Be the primary guide for homeowners during the pre-construction phase
Sell the initial engagement with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
Lead a team to design and price residential remodeling projects
Collaborate closely with design and production teams to turn homeowner goals into clear, buildable plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in client consultation and design thinking
Ability to develop project scopes and estimates
Experience in selling initial engagements with clients
Ability to lead a team in designing and pricing residential remodeling projects
Familiarity with a structured design-build process
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out-of-area
