Responsibilities
Create internal communications content and ongoing campaigns that support clarity, consistency, and employee experience across the company
Partner with the Senior Director of Strategic Communications to translate internal communications strategy into content, campaigns, and day-to-day execution
Partner closely with the People team to collaborate on internal communications that support a great employee experience
Manage and maintain internal communications channels, including the intranet and company-wide forums, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easy to find
Support internal executive communications by drafting content and preparing materials for company-wide updates, leadership meetings, and major announcements
Build communications content for all-hands meetings, leadership updates, and other major internal moments
Maintain internal communications cadence, sequencing, and quality standards across channels
Review feedback and engagement signals to improve internal communications content and delivery over time
Qualification
Required
4-8 years in strategic communications, internal/exec comms, or corporate messaging roles
Proven ability to craft messaging and manage company-wide communications
Experience collaborating with People or HR teams on internal communications tied to employee experience, change, or growth
Experience managing internal communications channels such as intranets, Slack, or similar platforms
Experience leading internal comms for large-scale company-wide initiatives, including all-hands meetings, town halls, AMAs, and leadership messaging
Experience working with senior leaders and executives on internal communications, including leadership updates and company-wide messaging
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience in a fast-growing company, roughly 300 to 1000 employees
Experience in a developer-first or highly technical organization
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms
