Inventory Associate 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Waldom is a company focused on effective inventory management, and they are seeking an Inventory Associate to manage day-to-day operations within the Inventory Department. The role involves collaborating with various departments to resolve inventory issues, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Provide timely support to the shipping department staff to facilitate accurate and efficient order completion
Conduct audits of bin locations as required across various buildings to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company needs
Oversee inventory levels based on audit findings and requests from internal and external customers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
Reconcile inventory data regularly, addressing discrepancies and making necessary adjustments to maintain accurate on-hand inventory records
Work with multiple departments to investigate and resolve any inventory issues or inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Be accountable for performing and documenting any adjustments or moves of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Generate and review inventory reports, identifying trends and issues that may require attention or corrective action
Collaborate with other departments to support inventory-related initiatives and improvements, fostering effective communication and teamwork
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and management
Qualification
Required
Forklift certified, or be willing to obtain certification to operate power equipment
Ability to read and write English
Willingness to become proficient with ERP/WMS Systems. previous experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Basic math skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day
Ability to climb ladders up to 16 ft
