Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records using QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor statements on a regular basis
Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and company expense reports
Process payroll on bi-weekly and monthly basis
Manage customer billing, collections, and cash applications
Assist the Controller with month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation for all transactions
Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
Collaborate with the Controller to ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Assist with audits, tax preparation, and other financial projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bookkeeping: 1 year
QuickBooks Online: 1 year
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
