Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy features for our AI-first product portfolio
Work on our cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, focusing on writing clean, scalable, and reliable code
Collaborate with the team on the development of our Agentic AI platform to enhance our operational excellence
Work closely with senior engineers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience in building and shipping software products or features
Solid programming skills in a modern object-oriented language like Python, Java, or C++
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Good problem-solving skills and a strong willingness to learn and grow
Must be located in the country of India, NOT the US
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies is a plus
