Responsibilities
Deliver municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from concept through construction
Perform conceptual planning and feasibility studies
Prepare engineering design reports and technical memoranda
Develop plans, specifications, and contract documents
Provide bidding and construction engineering support
Design and analyze:
Pump stations
Sanitary and stormwater collection systems
Water distribution systems
Water and wastewater treatment facilities
Coordinate with municipalities, internal teams, and contractors
Mentor and support junior engineers
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in Indiana or Kentucky
Experience with municipal water/wastewater/stormwater systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred
M.S. or Ph.D. a plus
Experience with Visual Hydraulics and/or WaterGEMS
Broad exposure across planning, design, and construction support
Interest in mentoring and technical leadership
Creative, problem-solving mindset
