Caesars Entertainment is dedicated to providing people with possibilities and places to have fun. The Lead Engineer will perform all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance throughout the property while providing technical and administrative leadership to engineering teams.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
Install or re-direct electrical circuits as needed
Complete work orders
Install new layouts for all gaming tables as required
Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs
Re-lamp throughout property as necessary
Knowledge of the relevant engineering discipline, and the ability to provide technical guidance to staff
The ability to plan, direct, and review work, and to manage staff workload
The ability to communicate well with others, and to value contributions and respect differences
The ability to come up with new ideas, and to strive to improve and work smarter

Required

Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand and comply with all hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
Ability to perform basic math
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment
High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Previous supervisory experience preferred
