Responsibilities
Shadow Account Managers and participate in client-facing and internal meetings to gain real-world exposure
Support data management initiatives and assist with special projects across teams
Collaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Learn the proposal process and present a proposal to the intern team at the end of the internship
Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
Preferred
Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
