Receptionist
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established, fast-growing restaurant group to hire a polished and personable Receptionist for their corporate office located in Costa Mesa. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, employees, and callers, responsible for providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Greet visitors and answer phone calls with a polished, welcoming demeanor
Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions
Keep the front desk organized and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately
Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
Manage multiple responsibilities smoothly without becoming overwhelmed
Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality daily
Use basic office technology with confidence (email, phone systems, office applications)
Uphold a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Provide helpful, service-oriented support and respond openly to feedback
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and maintain organization
