Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Associate to join a closely held private organization supporting high-net-worth financial operations. This role involves working closely with senior investment, accounting, and advisory stakeholders to manage complex multi-entity financial structures.

Responsibilities

Reconcile bank and investment account statements across multiple affiliated entities
Monitor and assist with processing capital call and distribution notices
Support the preparation, review, and organization of legal and financial documents, including investment agreements, NDAs, and trust and estate planning materials
Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders
Coordinate documentation and timelines for annual tax return preparation and compliance
Maintain accurate digital records and support ongoing reporting and compliance requirements
Assist with execution, tracking, and recordkeeping of legal documents across entities
Provide support for ad hoc projects across investment, accounting, and operations teams
Participate in employment history verification processes when required as part of business operations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or a related role
Familiarity with accounting or financial systems such as Yardi, MRI, Nexus, Addepar, or similar platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall technology proficiency
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Self‑directed, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a relationship‑driven environment

Preferred

Experience in wealth management, private banking, family office, or ultra‑high‑net‑worth environments preferred
